About Godrej AC Servicing
Godrej inverter and fixed-speed split ACs are popular for their efficiency. Many models run on R290 refrigerant, which should never be topped up casually. We find and seal the leak first, then charge the exact quantity required using proper safety practice.
Our Godrej AC Repair and Service Options
Every visit starts with a proper check. Depending on the fault, the work can include:
- Annual maintenance plans: a planned maintenance schedule that keeps multiple units in shape without you having to remember dates.
- Fan motor and capacitor replacement: repair or replacement of indoor blower motors, outdoor fan motors and weak run capacitors.
- Remote and display problems: fixing receiver boards, display panels and remote pairing issues.
- Noise and vibration repair: tightening loose panels, fixing worn fan bearings and correcting outdoor unit mounting.
- Compressor diagnosis: testing of windings, starting components and running current before any compressor is declared faulty.
- Regular service and jet wash: a thorough clean of both indoor and outdoor units using covers and a jet pump, so dirt goes into the bag and not onto your walls.
- Sensor and thermostat faults: if your AC stops cooling before the room is cool, a faulty sensor is often the reason.

Godrej AC Faults We Repair Regularly
Each of these has a clear cause that our technicians can find:
- Remote not working: the AC stops responding to commands even with fresh batteries.
- AC turning off by itself: sensor faults, voltage issues or overheating protection kicking in.
- Outdoor unit not starting: the indoor fan runs but no cooling comes, because the outdoor side is not switching on.
- AC tripping the MCB: repeated tripping should be checked quickly to avoid damage.
- Loud or unusual noise: loose panels, a worn fan motor or a vibrating outdoor unit.
AC Care Tips from Our Technicians
- Keep curtains drawn in rooms that get strong afternoon sun.
- Run the fan mode for a few minutes before switching off to help dry the coil.
- Keep the outdoor unit in a shaded, open spot with space for air to flow.
- Do not agree to a gas top-up without a leak check; gas does not get used up on its own.
- Close doors and windows while the AC runs so it does not overwork.
